Job Description:

  • Performs day-to-day management of overall contractor support operations, involving multiple projects and groups of personnel at multiple locations
    • Organizes, directs, and coordinates planning and production of all contract support activities
  • Demonstrates written and oral communication skills 
    • Candidate must be comfortable outlining and planning all aspects of work related to a given project such as budget, timelines and teams. Shall have strong communication skills that enable them to effectively communicate with all relevant teams. This individual should be able to foresee any problems related to the completion of a project and act in a timely manner to mitigate any issues.
  • Capable of leading projects that involve the successful management of multidisciplinary teams (e.g. engineers, analysts, and management professionals) involved in analyzing, designing, developing, integrating, training, testing, documenting, implementing, and maintaining complex systems

Responsibilities:

  • Develop timelines, budget, teams and plan for given project
  • Ensure high quality work is produced
  • Anticipate and solve any problems related to the program
  • Conduct performance reviews and evaluate program
  • Facilitate communication between relevant teams

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree 3+ years of experience in program management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong communication, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills

Desired:

  • Highly relevant experience at the LTC/GS-14 or higher level working with PEOC3T
  • Highly relevant experience managing complex multiple facets of technical efforts
  • Organize and lead multidisciplinary planning teams to deliver an executive level product with minimum guidance in a brief period
