Job Description:

This position will be responsible for analysis and customer engagement to identify and develop opportunities for new business with DoD customers, shape new markets for Ace Electronics products and campaigns in support of the DoD customer and OEMs.

Responsibilities:

• Support Ace Electronics Defense Systems, LLC as a whole, with emphasis on TACOM, DoD Direct customers as well as OEMs that support major programs.
• Ensure consistent and integrated Ace Electronics messages are presented to the DoD customer.
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of customer requirements, acquisitions, and resourcing processes to position Ace Electronics solutions.
• Provide unbiased recommendations and assessments to Ace Electronics leadership regarding all aspects of the customer/market to support development of capabilities/solutions and offerings to meet customer needs and opportunities.
• In coordination with the Ace Electronics management, this person will assist in coordinating and tailoring winning solutions to support customer missions and integrating into a team-based culture with Ace Electronics business development and the entire Ace Electronics team. This includes developing, sustaining and supporting superior relations with the Program Executive Offices and associated Program and Product Managers, as well as local civic, business and defense industry communities as required.
• Actively participate in local area industry groups and professional associations, and local civic/community organizations as required to enhance Ace Electronics image as a good corporate neighbor and community partner.

• Superior written and verbal communications skills,
• The ability to professionally and skillfully communicate and interact with senior U.S. Government customers and OEM executives and serve as the Ace Electronics representative in community partnership with military, civilian and community organizations.
• Experience in developing marketing plans to support new business development, familiarity with Ace Electronics products, Salesforce, and the military customer is a plus.

Note:

The successful candidate will possess 6+ years of military and/or defense industry work experience and possess knowledge of the Army’s capability areas, organizations and the TACOM and OEM customers. Demonstrated ability in business development and sales and organizational skills. The ability to communicate effectively at all levels internal and external to the organization is required.
