Job Title: Marketing Manager
Reports To: Chief Growth Officer
Job Description:
In this position the individual is responsible for driving brand growth and increasing customer
engagement. This will be achieved through developing and executing strategies to promote products
and services, managing a marketing team, analyzing campaign performance and coordinating efforts
across departments. The individual will also analyze market trends to inform strategies, manage
budgets, and collaborate with sales to boost lead generation.
Responsibilities:
• Manage social media posts/comments/promotions. Establish digital marketing media
campaigns.
• Manage, attend and coordinate all trade shows. This includes scheduling, marketing
material development, set ups/teardowns of displays and coordinating show duties with
appropriate sales team members.
• Coordinate all company promotional and team building events.
• Maintain marketing literature and keep relevant to include digital, print, social media and
emails that follow company brand guidelines.
• Analyze campaign performance using Key Performance Indicators and reporting on
return on investments
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to identify
opportunities supporting sales initiatives.
• Arrange, support and attend quarterly sales business meetings and present relevant
marketing data
• Manage content creation across all categories
• Create innovative marketing techniques and programs
• Support sales and BD teams in customer engagements
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for content creation and stakeholder
reporting
• Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, SEO/SEM and social media
platforms
• Ability to multi-task; organize and prioritize multiple on-going projects
• Self-starter with an attention to detail
• Must be comfortable interfacing with customers
