Metuchen, NJ, 5 February 2026 – Ace Electronics proudly announces that its Board of Directors has appointed Jerry Parker as the company’s new Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Prior to joining Ace Electronics, Mr. Parker was the Executive Vice President responsible for leading business development, driving business growth and strategy, and overseeing government and industry relations at CACI, a $10B Fortune 500 company.
A 40-year veteran of the defense and national security industry, Mr. Parker has a master’s degree in electrical engineering from Drexel University. Additionally, he currently sits on the board of the Global SOF Foundation.
