- Open-material platform — Print a wide range of third-party polymers and composites, including PEEK, PEI/ULTEM, PEKK, nylon, and carbon-fiber materials.
- Large heated build volume — A 650 × 450 × 450 mm (18 x 18 x 25 in) build area supports full-scale, production-grade parts.
- 250°C actively heated chamber — Helps prevent warping and cracking, improves layer bonding, and enables in-chamber annealing.
- High-speed, high-flow printing — Reaches up to 400 mm/s and up to 360 cm³/h flow for faster production.
- Automated precision calibration — Optical nozzle inspection and offset calibration, independent active leveling.
- Integrated material management — Stores up to four 4 kg spools in humidity-controlled conditions, with automatic loading and changeover.
- Real-time sensing and defect detection — More than 25 sensors, including in-line force sensing, detect issues such as warping, cracking, debris, runout, and jams.
- Lower operating cost and customization freedom — The open ecosystem avoids proprietary material lock-in, supports customizable settings, and can substantially reduce material and operating costs versus closed systems.
- Electronic File Management – Centralized digital part storage, project management, and documented build records supporting production traceability and quality assurance.
